True to our name (teKsafari), we are journeying across Tanzania to bring hands-on tech education to youth who've long been left out. From opening centers to building Swahili-first tools and makerspaces, we've reached over 5000 young people in over 5 regions.
We support school-based tech clubs, host hackathons, and champion project-based learning that's both timely and relevant. Our goal is to accelerate the rate at which young Tanzanians are able to capitalize on their technical talents.

Nuru is a Swahili Programming language, Originally authored by Fuad Habib, and now maintained by the nuru programming foundation. teKsafari is excited to work with the Nuru Community to build an ecosytem around the language to empower Swahili speakers learn and master technology in a way that feels familiar to them.
thinkStudio is designed to be a launchpad for aspiring engineers, designers, and entrepreneurs in under-resourced regions—offering them hands-on training, mentorship, and access to industry-standard tools.
